We just published an updated version our OrthoMaM database of mammalian orthologs in Molecular Biology and Evolution (doi:10.1093/molbev/msz015). The new OMM v10 version more than doubles the number of species for which curated alignments of CDSs and exons and associated ML trees could be downloaded. It now includes alignments and ML trees of 14,509 CDSs and 6888 exons for 116 mammal species and can be accessed through a completely revamped web interface: http://orthomam.mbb.cnrs.fr/.
OMMv10 is used in the ConvergeAnt project to perform genome-wide scans of convergent substitutions.
